Black Tears of My Pen

from A Bottle of Oil by The Soundrops

/

lyrics

I`ve got no real plans concerning us
and I must admit I fear being half
I`m afraid I`ve not too much to give
except for what you wouldn`t want

all the sins I did not commit in fact
and black tears of my pen
and my head full of pressing rocking roar
and the shadows

On the other hand I`m not a stone, I can change a lot
or rather let love change
I`m not a cow, why should I play the cow art
only crying at myself

I will try, if it`s not to be, I`ll fail
by no means will I despair
and maybe it`s time to become somebody new
and to love you
